Escrow seems to be going smoothly. We have been approved for our loan, appraisal has come in at the target price and everything else is set. All we have to do now is wait two more months. It will be hard staying in the apartment for another two months knowing that we will be in the new house on Sept. 1. But I have to say, it’s way better than not having something to look forward too. Last night, we washed the brand new baby clothes for the first time. It was pretty cool just to imagine a little baby in those clothes. Most of them are white, yellow and green.
