I’m off to land of coffee and rain. I’m excited to be attending the Antiworkshop in Seattle where I’ll be learning a thing or two from some pretty awesome photographers. This will be my first time returning to Seattle, since Tey and I got engaged in Victoria, BC almost 5 years ago so it should be a little nostalgic. I hope I get a chance to visit the giant REI store again, I LOVE that place!

Yoon and Mike will be getting married in Hawaii this coming September. They are all set with their photographer there, so they contacted me to do some engagement photos here in SoCal. I was happy to oblige and we had a blast in Laguna Beach last Friday. We had a SUPER session including a wardrobe change and they looked great! Thank you guys for the great session and have an awesome wedding in Hawaii! Wish I could’ve shot you guys over there :)

We spent some quality art time with Jessica and Michael. We met up at the newly re-opened Museum of Latin American Art in Long Beach. It’s nice to take in some art, shoot a little, take a “mini” museum tour, shoot a little more, walk around outside, shoot a lot more, stop and eat some food and then shoot a little bit more. That was what we did and it was a blast. Besides being such a good looking pair, Jessica and Michael have such an awesome vibe together. It made taking photos of them pretty effortless. Thanks for introducing us to the museum…it was definitely a treat! They will be getting married this coming August in San Diego. Some highlights:

I met up with the Sambito Family (Joe, Jennifer, Sophia and little Giovanni) in Laguna Beach for their family portraits. It looked like the kids had a good time running around the beach, but I probably had more fun following them and taking their photos. Needless to say, they are such a beautiful family and it was my pleasure to tag along. Check out some of my favs:
