One of my goals is to definitely invest into my own personal growth as a photographer. One of the best ways to do this is to attend seminars and workshops thrown by super talented photographers. It’s just a great way to get inspired, learn a ton in short period of time and collaborate with peers. The ANTI-workshop was so great for me last year, so, I’m trying to figure out what to attend for 2008. I’m kinda bummed that I cannot attend DWF ‘08…schedule is not cooperating. I’ll be at WPPI in March, so I think I’ll get a little bit of knowledge over there.
I just signed up for a one-day lighting workshop in Los Angeles (Light & Fast) that is being held by John Mireles and Jules Bianchi. That should be really interesting. But I’m also looking for another one to attend, probably a multi-day event. Any one out there have any suggestions for me??? Or have any reviews of ones they recently attended or have already registered for one in ‘08??
Here are some that I’ve heard of for ‘08:
- PERSPECTIVE Workshop - Red Leaf Studios
- The Foundation Workshop
- Bebb Seminars
- Roots Workshop

hi jan - i just read about the light & fast workshop and trying to work it into my schedule. it would be great to go… an action packed day learning day!

as for a workshop dedicated to sales, there’s nothing that comes close. these cats are making dough hands over fists. see my testimonial on the “pricing” page.

December 14th, 2007, at 1:58 am #Yo Ed, the Yin Yang would’ve been a sweet choice, but I couldn’t get over the cost! Man! It sure does sound tempting.
Ryan, sweet! can’t wait to meet you then.
Hey Lisa, It should be a blast in Vegas. We’ll have to connect over there. Hope you’re doin well. We should lunch one of these days.
I decided to go sign up for the Image X 08 down in New Orleans. It should be a FUN (and informative, too). There’s some crazy talent going and I couldn’t resist.
