Three-year-old Lucas is a pretty complex little dude. He’s got so many different sides to him now that he’s able to do so many things. I’ll let the following 3 photos describe our big, crazy boy in his current stage.

9 month old Nathan is a pretty simple baby. I only need one photo to describe our little, happy baby.

Happy Labor Day weekend to all!!!!
Here’s our Monday wedding for the year. Yep, Monday! Amanda and Colm had their very cool wedding at The Thursday Club in San Diego and it totally felt like a Saturday. It was kinda trippy. But everyone was there to party and it was a great event! Thanks to Rachelle from Events* for setting up the great event! Congrats to Amanda and Colm! Some goodies from the day:
Some pretty shoes.

In the bride room.

Amanda had such a gorgeous dress.

The best man was ready to go.

And some beautiful details in and around The Thursday Club.

It was one of those great days. Great group to shoot. Great locations. A bunch of time to get some really fun stuff. Sandra and Phil were married at Calamigos Equestrian in Burbank. They had this great little white house where the ceremony is held. Before the ceremony, we took the whole group for photos at the Ambassador West Campus in Pasadena…such a fantastic place to shoot! We had a blast with everyone! Here are some highlights of the day.
A little bit of Sandra in the beginning.

A little bit of the girls at Ambassador West.

Love this wide.

Some fun B+G. We had a great pre-ceremony shoot.

Some cool details. Sandra did an amazing job planning every detail.

The doggies!

I love big laughs.

The had a pre-reception snack. It was cool. I wish we did that on our wedding!

The reception was so much fun.

Red Cheese was on fire that night. It was non-stop photobooth action.

Mr. and Mrs.

Awesome light for The Toss.

Partying the night away.

And one more before it’s done…

We didn’t really get to spend too much time in the Windy City, so I still don’t have a true sense of the city. But I’m thinking that it’s similar to most major metropolises. We planned to check out the Wrigley Field area, stop by the Threadless store in Lakeview and then checked out downtown (Millenium Park and Michigan Ave). It was a pretty packed day and I wish we had another day (without kids!) to check out the city. Maybe in our next visit. Here are some sights from our day trip.
Wrigley Field, in the north side of the city, was pretty surreal for me. Seen it on TV many times, but it was very cool checking it out in person. There was a game going on too! So there was a buzz in the streets. Too bad we didn’t have time for a game…

Stopped by the Threadless store. We all bought shirts :) Here is was Lukie’s choice…green of course.

And our last stop of the day was Millenium Park on Michigan Ave. Did the usual tourist things with the boys.

My boys.

Me and Bub. I haven’t shaved since my last meeting :)

Lucas and Zach had fun in the fountains. It was fun watching them.

One last shot of Chi-town.

Beer, cheese and sausages! Yay! We’re in Milwaukee visiting my cousins who live right outside downtown Milwaukee. It’s what I would call a small, big city. It’s pretty chill and most everyone out here just drinks beer. HAHAH. That’s why it’s fun :) We went out and about downtown Milwaukee today and just took in some of the sights. Chicago is about 80 mins away and we’re off to do that tomorrow. Brewers game on Friday, too! Can’t wait for more beer and more sausages in the next few days. Here’s a few pics from our first day:
The street we’re staying at. The houses in the midwest are sooo different from what I’m used to. Very cool, though. I’m loving the vintage feel of everything.

My little bad@$$

Lucas and cousin Zach.

Inside of the Milwaukee Art Museum. Pretty awesome. That’s the boys and Lille in the middle of the pic.
