Palos Verdes Engagement Session : Janet and Mark

The more I shoot around the various areas of Southern California, the more I appreciate the amazing variety of scenery we have here. It’s just so awesome that have so many great scenes within minutes of each other. I met up with Janet and Mark in Palos Verdes, close to their home, and we were treated to some pretty awesome weather. It was great to hanging out with them and they took me to some of their favorite spots in and around PV. I can’t wait for their wedding this coming summer in, none other than…Palos Verdes! :) Here are some favorites from their session:

UCLA Engagement Session : Asha and Ravi

I really loved this session with Asha and Ravi. We were able to go to UCLA and then Malibu for their locations. UCLA is one of my favorite places to shoot in Los Angeles. Awesome architecture and an endless amount of places to shoot. Just a beautiful place. Asha and Ravi have an amazing chemistry. I was so happy to be able to capture them just being together. I’m ultra excited for their wedding coming up so fast this June! Here are a few of my favorite images from their session.

Fashion Boudoir Session

It’s always cool to change things up and do something different from time to time. We had an awesome time photographing a fashion style boudoir session with Andrea. I’m always thinking of different ways to do things and this was my current vision for this boudoir session. I was definitely going for a more dramatic/fashion look and Andrea looked awesome! Most boudoir photographers these days are female, so I really wanted to approach it from a male point of view and see how it turned out. And, we know that boudoir sessions are something more and more brides are doing, so we are definitely looking forward to doing more of these to experiment with the look and style even more. Venice Beach, Abbot Kinney Engagement Session : Ilyse and David

I had an awesome session with Ilyse and David. They picked one of my favorite places in L.A.: Venice Beach, Abbot Kinney Road and near the Venice Canals. It’s such an awesome location for a variety of looks. I had a blast just walking around with them. Abbot Kinney is such a cool place just to walk around and the light there was so cool. TONS of places to shoot. And we finally made it to the beach around sunset and we were able to get some pretty cool images near sundown. They were so much fun to chat with and I’m super, super excited for their wedding coming up soon! Here are a few favorites:

Orange County Engagement Session : Saori and Tom

I had the pleasure of accompanying Saori and Tom for their engagement photos around Laguna Beach. We had a ton of fun and some some great light after a rain storm.
