An amazing wedding this past Saturday. Here is one shot from Ilyse and David’s wedding at the Ritz-Carlton in Laguna Niguel.

We had an amazing experience at Chantou and Erik’s wedding this past weekend. Here is a quick preview from their Cambodian ceremony. It was one of the coolest ceremonies I’ve ever witnessed! Can’t wait to share this epic wedding!

I just loved photographing Grace and Richard’s wedding at the Newport Beach Marriott. I had such a great time with everyone there and we had some really awesome winter light to work with. I love thinking of new places to shoot at places that we are pretty familiar with. It’s such a cool challenge and I love it whenever we get such different results when we photograph at the same place. Grace and Richard were so awesome. They had a beautiful evening ceremony in the atrium, which was a first for me. The lighting was both challenging and beautiful. They had some awesome decor in their reception ballroom and it was nice and dramatic. I loved the lighting they had in the room…soo cool. Enjoy!

It was such an honor to photograph Leanne and Charles on their wedding. The cloudy december skies opened up and gave us a awesome day in Carlsbad, CA. They had their ceremony and reception at the La Costa Resort. Tey and I found some very cool spots for portraits and it was just a great, great day. We also saw some good friends in attendance and it was a blast to see them have fun. Congrats to Leanne and Charles! Here are some highlights from the day:

It’s pretty awesome when things come together just right for a wedding. Finding a couple that trusts us to do our thing. Shooting at a very cool venue for the first time. Working with a great team of vendors. It was just that for Gina and Albert’s wedding at the Park Plaza Hotel. It’s deceiving because, it’s not really a functioning hotel anymore. It’s actually a venue for all types of events and they shoot a ton of movies there. It was pretty cool when we were shooting and Tey ran into Ryan Reynolds! hahah. But it’s definitely one of my new favorites in Los Angeles. I just love the feel of the building and the shooting possibilities are endless. Congratulations to Gina and Albert and thanks for the trust. It was a blast! Here are a few highlights:

I had the pleasure of joining Jane and Elvin for their wedding in Burbank, CA. The Castaway Restaurant provided a beautiful backdrop for their ceremony and reception. They had one of the most fun receptions I can remember! Awesomely funny speeches and great, great dancing. Their friends are so fun! It was definitely a night to remember for all. Special thanks to Rengie Mendoza for shooting with me. Here are some highlights from their big day.

I’ve been so lucky to work with the sweetest couples and Erin and Ryan are just that. Their beautiful wedding was so full of joy and emotion. It was such a pleasure to witness all of it. I love coming back to the Langham Hotel in Pasadena. They have such gorgeous grounds and finding new spots in and around the hotel is always so cool. Thanks to Kelley Lee Gin of Picture Perfect Events for doing such a wonderful job with the wedding. Kelley is so great and it’s always so cool to see her again. Also, thanks to Arlene Catherine for shooting along side me that day. Congrats to Erin and Ryan!
